Changes

• Branding: removed [EXPERIMENTAL] from script title; renamed to V2.8 (Launch Candidate).
• Launch controls: added a Launch Mode toggle (default ON) intended to force a cleaner, lower-risk UI posture for private/invite-only release.
• Alerts control: added Enable JSON Alerts toggle (default ON) to allow disabling alerts without removing code.
• Resource limits: reduced max_lines_count/max_labels_count/max_boxes_count to lower the chance of object-limit issues on heavy charts.
• Alert payload version: version field in JSON updated to 2.8.

Intended behavior (unchanged)

• Signals remain confirm-on-close gated by default (non-repaint posture).
• Alerts fire once per bar close on allowed signals.

Notes

• No filter logic changes in this first V2.8 pass; focus is launch hygiene + control knobs.
