Goal

Clients log into a portal to:

• See status + what we’re waiting on
• Upload/request assets
• Approve copy/creative/budgets
• View weekly async report

Portal sections (navigation)

1. Home (snapshot)

• Current phase (Onboarding / Build / Live / Optimize)
• Next 3 actions
• “Waiting on you” checklist

2. Approvals

• Copy approval
• Creative approval
• Budget/targeting approval
• Go-live approval

3. Assets

• Brand kit, logos, images, access links
• Upload area / links (Drive/Dropbox)

4. Reports

• Weekly async report (PDF/link)
• Change log (what we did this week)

5. Support / Requests

• Request form (change request / new landing page / new campaign)
• SLA + boundaries

Roles & permissions

• Client Owner: can view everything, approve, submit requests
• Client Staff: view reports/status, submit requests, cannot approve spend changes
• GrowIQ Admin: full access

Client login

• Use GHL’s client portal access (unique user per client; role based).
• Require 2FA if supported; otherwise enforce strong password policy.

Guardrails

• No direct access to ad accounts unless explicitly granted.
• Approvals required before any spend increase or new campaign launch.
