Highlights

• Unified ENVO HQ styling to Galaxy UI (cards/pills) so non-map surfaces match the Agent Map visual language.
• Rebuilt top navigation into animated HOME/TOOLS orbs (icons + tap ripple) + alive scanline shimmer on the command band; clock shifted to purple.
• Approvals + Agents console now use GalaxyCards/GalaxyPills; per-agent model selection visible in Tools → Agents.
• FAIRLINE shipped multiple production improvements:
  • /events cinematic “SURFACED CANDIDATES” top row (5–7 max) + why-surfaced tags.
  • Sport router tabs (NBA default) + persistent watchlist pins.
  • Quota guardrails for The Odds API: clear banner + disables scan + last-known-good cache.
• Enabled Claude for dedicated lanes and stabilized auth:
  • agt_fairline on Claude Sonnet.
  • agt_shipwright routed to Claude Sonnet; fixed invalid Anthropic token/profile so Claude runs succeed.
• Started GrowIQ productization:
  • Locked MVP spec for GrowIQ Mission Control / GrowIQ OS saved to GrowIQ-Launch/systems-output/growiq-mission-control-mvp-spec.md.
  • Spawned separate local app GrowIQ OS at /Users/eric/.openclaw/workspace/growiq-os running on http://127.0.0.1:3020/.

Decisions

• Removed Sports HUD tile/links from ENVO HQ (FAIRLINE is its own separate project now).

Open loops

• FAIRLINE: Odds API plan/top-up (currently OUT_OF_USAGE_CREDITS).
• UploadPost integration: wire Approve → UploadPost API posting + store returned post URL/ID in HQ; then retire Browser Relay autopost worker.
• Dispatcher responsiveness: reduce perceived delay vs cron pickup (true “run now” execution) + clearer queued→running feedback.
• GrowIQ OS: decide MVP build order (Approvals vs Galaxy Map), then wire persistence + approvals queue + run dispatch.
• Revisit Command Center top UI polish: tool-orb active state tweaks, launcher content order, and any additional “alive” telemetry once watched in real use.
• Add an always-on “Ops Notes” capture flow (1-tap note to journal) so key context gets logged without friction.
