GrowIQ Site Deployment & DNS Checklist (Approval-Gated)

Steps

1. Review site staging version and get approval
2. Confirm DNS provider & current host records
3. Prepare DNS changes (CNAME/A/other)
   • Document existing records before changes
4. Update DNS to point to new GHL/website IP or CNAME
5. Test site load + SSL (https check)
6. Verify all forms/calendars trigger properly (test mode)
7. Confirm emails (transactional/notifications) route as expected
8. Update site documentation/readme

DNS Specific Checklist

• Backup all current DNS entries
• Note TTLs for each record
• Add/modify: CNAME for www -> GHL/target, root @ if needed
• Confirm MX/email records not affected
• Final test/validate

Steps freeze/pause until explicit go-ahead from Envo for each major change.
